Great visit at Day Apollo Subaru I visited Day Apollo Subaru for an oil change and my tire pressure light was coming on. I took my car there the Saturday before Easter because I was I visited Day Apollo Subaru for an oil change and my tire pressure light was coming on. I took my car there the Saturday before Easter because I was going to be driving a lot that weekend. I felt my visit was very positive because I was able to go through the Express Service without an appointment, and they were open until 5:00 p.m. that day, my vehicle was serviced by Subaru-trained technicians, I was there less than an hour, I thought the price was reasonable, and they washed my vehicle for free as a complimentary service and it looked great, not to mention I got to enjoy free Starbucks coffee while I waited! They helped make my day a good one and I recommend this dealership! More

Not so express service My husband was at your service center for over an hour ...just to get the stickers simply replaced on my windshield. Wouldn't classify this as an expr My husband was at your service center for over an hour ...just to get the stickers simply replaced on my windshield. Wouldn't classify this as an express service. He stated that the service representative that assisted him was rather rude and short with him so my husband is not likely to return to that atmosphere in the future.  On an additional note, I had called Brett about a month ago about a small crack in my steel door frame that was actuslly rusting. Brett said to stop by so the service manager could take a quick look and give his thoughts but was not available on weekends. My husband went on a random day off just for this and unfortunately did not get to meet the service manager anyway. However the information relayed through the same associate mentioned about was that the manager took pictures and would send it to corporate. Then the service associate added a nice little anecdote that the car is out of warranty anyway so nothing would likely to be done. My car has 62000 miles. Warranty was up 2000 miles ago. I talked to Brett before that. We only waited because we presumed we would speak to the service manager. It's still a steel frame that is cracking and rusting after less than 5 years.  More

The length of time was more than an hour for the same service that I've gotten from "Express places" in half t The service was suppose to be express. The real topper was the quote I got for my emissions inspection, $49.95, + tax, that was to accompany the safety inspection I was to get for free being that I bought the car there. I refused both inspections because I normally pay less than $40 including tax for both at my local garage. The emissions part of the 40 was less than $16.00. I too often feel ripped off at most dealerships. Having bought 3 cars there I should expect more respect. It should be noted that my complaints are no reflection on the workers I encountered but on the typical dealership policy. The workers just do what they are told to. More
