It is only after the sales price was agreed to by all that a push was made to sell additional products, services, & warrantees. It would be far more agreeable to have the ENTIRE price (including said products, services, & warrantees)negotiated with the salesman PRIOR to discussing vehicle financing with a different individual. It left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, so I will keep this in mind the next time I am in the market for a car. More

He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and what I liked best, when he was in doubt, he found the answer instead of trying to sell me. When I was handed off to Steve Huetter, I was shocked. I have never had such a forthright and direct conversation with any finance manager at a dealership. There was no pressure selling.
