I am glad I made that decision. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. This was my first brand new vehicle purchase and I will continue to buy my new vehicle from here. I guess I don’t give people the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve dealt with too many men who instinctively call me “hunny” or “sweetie” and dumb things down. (I’ve actually had a police officer do the whole baby-talk thing once). Rest assured, if that’s the way I was treated I wouldn’t have just walked away, I would have run screaming. Fortunately this was not the case. ?? I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. The salesman never once tried to push me in any other direction. He got to know me (relocation, new job, how much I would be traveling, etc) and told me that what I was looking for would fit my needs. What impressed me was that he actually got to know me and spent a lot of time with me. It was like talking with someone who knew a lot about Subarus and less like talking to someone who works on commission. I was dreading possibly working with someone who was really salesman-y. This wasn’t the case. I could probably call him up tomorrow and have an hour long conversation about anything but cars and he wouldn’t mind. If I have any issues or if I want to buy a brand new car, he would be the first person I’d get a hold of. ??In my book, he gets 5+ stars. The financial office was really great too. The last time I bought a car it wasn’t a good experience. I feel like they pushed me until I broke with the warranties. (It was such a bad experience but my need for a car was time sensitive— I’ll never even consider my first dealership again). They were really honest with me. We talked about warranties and they let me decide, never nudging me in one direction or the other. Plus they gave me more for my trade than KBB said it was worth. Like, blew the KBB estimate out of the water. ??I am really happy with my purchase. My priorities were: good on gas, great in the snow, holds value, and above all something that was safe. If I had a quarter for every time someone in the last two weeks that have said I made a smart choice, I’d have quite a few quarters. That makes me feel really relieved. I am confident that I will be back to Day down the road when I want to upgrade. More

Rik doesn't pressure the sale, and he doesn't pretend to know every answer to every question I ask, but instead researches anything he doesn't know off hand, and gets back to me with an informed answer. His opinion is fact based, and I am appreciative of a sales team that has some research to back opinions/claims/features rather than just bashing competition. I also very much appreciated how the deal was done. I have a newborn, and couldn't spend a lot of time at the dealership. Rik and his team (especially Steve) got me in and out of the dealership in an hour so I could get home, and then spent an hour showing my wife how everything works, and even setup the nav/bluetooth/stereo for her. We will be buying from Rik and team again. More

The best car buying and service experience I've had to date! This dealership was excellent from start to finish. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Subaru Forester or a Dodge Charger RT (hemi). Two totally opposite ends of the spectrum, but they were willing to show me both. After test driving both, I couldn't make up my mind and they said that's no problem, just think about it and call us if you decide. Didn't try to pressure me into an on the spot price, or make me feel like I wasted their time. After the purchase of my vehicle I had a concern, and the service department was fast, friendly, and easy to work with. I couldn't be happier from start to finish and definitely recommend going to Day Apollo if they have the vehicle you are interested in! Thanks guys! More
