All of the employees we encountered along the way were GREAT to deal with - very pleasant and professional. My Forester is GREAT car - we LOVE it! We also LOVE how we continue to get GREAT service from everyone at Day Apollo! I needed some help learning how to work some of the technology in my car, so I stopped in to Day on Saturday morning. Stacy Rippy was more than happy to come out to my car and help show me how to do several things with the technology in my car. She answered all my questions and was very kind, helpful, and patient! As I was leaving, she encouraged me to get in touch with her if I had any more questions related to my car. I was VERY appreciative of her competence, kindness and willingness to help me, and she is a GREAT person to work with - I could tell she really cared about helping me so I really enjoy and get the full benefit of all of the features in my car! If VW or Subaru have a sale rep training program this guy should teach the course. We loved our car buying experience dealing with Ed Lightcap. He treated us like we were long time friends who he was going to help buy a car and we could see his genuine concern with helping us. Even if we wouldn't have bought a car I would have left there feeling like we made a connection and a new friend. Times are evolving and the sale rep population needs to catch up with how to approach customer service in these competitive internet driven times. Guys like Ed are leading the way in their field. He even worked out details of the deal over the phone to save me a possible long drive of 1.5 hours in case we weren't interested with what we saw on line. Everyone hates dealing with the old school typical pushy, dishonest , calculating car salesman and this is why we loved Ed! He was the total opposite! He was polite, considerate, understanding, down to earth, no pressure, informative, knowledgeable, and accommodated us not having a title for the car we were trading in. He went on to navigate our financing etc etc. I could go on and on. Someone needs to give this guy a promotion and a raise...something... its guys like Ed who build a repeat customer base! More

From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I drove off with my new car, the service was excellent. I came in with the details of the exact model and specs I wanted in my new vehicle and they made it happen. My sales person, Alex Truman was truly fantastic, personable and professional. In the finance department, Steve was extremely well organized, efficient and personable and made parting with my money much less painful. When I purchased my Subaru Forester, Alex took the time (about 30 minutes) to orient me to all of the functions of my new car, review all my manuals and answer any other questions that I had. Then, in one week, Alex called to follow up to ensure we were doing well with our new Forester and if we had any new questions. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere and the sales experience. When I buy my next car (probably an Outback) I will be happy to return. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and if you go, ask for Alex, he was great! More
