It is only after the sales price was agreed to by all that a push was made to sell additional products, services, & warrantees. It would be far more agreeable to have the ENTIRE price (including said products, services, & warrantees)negotiated with the salesman PRIOR to discussing vehicle financing with a different individual. It left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, so I will keep this in mind the next time I am in the market for a car. More

He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and what I liked best, when he was in doubt, he found the answer instead of trying to sell me. When I was handed off to Steve Huetter, I was shocked. I have never had such a forthright and direct conversation with any finance manager at a dealership. There was no pressure selling. After considering what he said, our best option was to purchase a 2017 Subaru Legacy. We were truly happy with our experience at Day Subaru. Everyone, including Steve, the finance rep, was nothing but cordial and attentive to our needs. The service department is a pleasure to work with and your car is washed every time you visit. Chris Bourquin helped us to settle up the financing, and he was super nice and friendly just like Aaron. I can't remember the General Manager's name, but he was great too. I cannot say one bad thing about a single person we spoke to during our vehicle purchase. This experience was near the best if not the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. They make everything simple, and literally everyone I spoke to that day was so nice. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Subaru or not. More
