Not bad, just a little annoying when you cannot get help. Overall, the staff was friendly and seemed helpful but they weren't very attentive. My wife came home and asked me to go with her to talk to the sales team. When we arrived we waited and my wife sold me the car she liked. I had just a couple questions so we waited and waited to talk to a salesperson. Finally, the manager approached us and he said a salesperson would be with us shortly and then disappeared into his office. Unfortunately, we didn't stick around. My only advice is to just visit with customers and maybe even strike up conversation or possibly offer them a cup of coffee...anything to make them feel like their valued. We'll try another place that will appreciate our business. More

Overall great experience I had been looking for a new 2017 Crosstrek. I was in contact with 3 other Subaru dealerships. I initially worked with Steve Morton through the inte I had been looking for a new 2017 Crosstrek. I was in contact with 3 other Subaru dealerships. I initially worked with Steve Morton through the internet. When his price did not match the lower dealer, they matched that price. When we came for a test drive, we worked with Jason Moores. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He explained all the features on my newly loaded car :) and was very patient with me when I asked him to explain some things more than once. We drove 2 hours to this dealership, when we could have went to a closer one and I was not disappointed! I would definitely recommend this dealership and would work with them again. In one day, I stopped in the 3 different showrooms for some particulars on each of the cars I was interested in. After sleeping on it, it came down to the best deal overall. Not the least expensive, just the best deal. I met Chris Bourquin on a Wednesday evening and test drove the Forester and the Outback. With no pressure from Chris, I chose the Outback because, in my opinion, the feel of the car and the ride was just better. When it came time to talk numbers, I feel I walked away with the best deal I could get anywhere. Chris took his time and made sure I understood everything about the transaction. I should mention that my last car purchase was over 10 years ago so his patience was appreciated. The next step was going over the car itself and he was so knowledgeable and personable. Please, my time is as valuable as yours. I suggest you make fewer appointments if you can't service them in a timely manner. And their service department and waiting room has been a complete mess for months. More
