I worked with Jason Moores, and he was knowledgeable, straight-forward and pleasant to work with. He stayed until 10:30pm with us to finalize the sale and allow us to drive my new Crosstrek home that night. I would definitely recommend Day to my friends and family. More

My salesman James Hebert and Steve Huetter made me feel as though i was buying a car in the comforts of my own backyard, something i have yet to experience at a car dealership. Everything was prompt and clear, and if there was ever uncertainty the answer was soon found. they mesh and have great unit cohesion. Two thumbs up! More

Overcharged Credit Card, no refund to date I was interested in purchasing from this dealership and agreed a deposit to hold the vehicle as I had to travel some distance. Charge made by the deal I was interested in purchasing from this dealership and agreed a deposit to hold the vehicle as I had to travel some distance. Charge made by the dealership to my credit card was TWICE what was agreed. I did receive a 50% credit some days after I reported this to my bank as an unauthorised transaction. I was assured that a full credit would be available if I did not proceed with the purchase. Because of my experience /interaction with the dealership I chose not to proceed, however almost two weeks later the balance of my deposit has not been refunded. Based on my experience I would be very wary!!! More

I had the pleasure of working with Jason Len at the Day Appollo Subaru dealership. Jason helped me through all of my questioning ( and believe me, there were many!) Jason has an extensive knowledge of Subaru and it really was impressive to me to learn about this company that I hadn't ever bought a car from. I went into my experience thinking the same thoughts as most people; "Here we go again with the car sales pitches"! That quickly was changed as I began to feel more of a personal feel for Jason and the car company that he represented. I did a test drive of an Outback, and let me tell you, I think I am Subaru for life! I highly recommend getting the 6 cylinder, mainly because of the extra get up and go. The Outback automatically fit my family of four's needs. It is very comfortable and has "truck like" clearance! I can't tell you enough about how happy I am to join the Subaru family! More
