Great experience overall! About a month ago I started looking for a new car, and this past Monday I finally purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Day Apollo. Brandon was my sales associate and helped me every step of the way. During my first visit to the dealership, he happily showed me the Crosstrek and we even test-drove one of the vehicles even though he knew I was just starting my initial car search. At that time, I thought it would be several months before I actually purchased a new vehicle. However, last week my old Subaru got a flat tire so I had to choose between trading in for a new vehicle or purchasing all new tires. I contacted Brandon to see what might be available at the dealership, and he quickly responded and was able to get me in that same day to see the selection! We were not sure if the vehicle I wanted had arrived to the store, but when we learned it had... I knew I had to have my Crosstrek that night :). Brandon and his manager made the process easy and enjoyable. I was so excited to take home my car and have been pleased with the purchase ever since.
