I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all because they lack in customer service skills and aren't willing to work for their customers to keep them coming back to them to have their cars worked on. We have always owned subarus but we will never buy another one from Day Apollo in the future. We even sent an email to the general manager about a week or so ago and have yet to hear anything from them concerning acknowledging our complaint or anything like that. We are overall very disappointed in them as a dealership as a whole. More

I can't think of anything I needed to know that he didn't share with me prior to me taking the car home. There were no unpleasant surprises at any point in the entire process, and everything went along smoothly. There was no sales pressure, and I really enjoyed the experience -- they really did make it easy, and did a great job with follow up after the sale, including both handwritten and emailed thank-you notes from multiple staff members. At other dealerships I felt as though I were in a shark tank. I didn't feel that way at this dealership, and will probably buy another car for that reason. I hope I can buy it from James. More

Hard customer to please This dealership really seemed to put the extra effort into making the car buying experience a positive one. First, they managed to get me a new 2015 This dealership really seemed to put the extra effort into making the car buying experience a positive one. First, they managed to get me a new 2015 from the factory the week after final orders were taken. Apparently their were a few "allocations" of the XV Crosstrek I wanted still available and they were able to get one. This was important because Subaru made some minor changes to the car for the 2016 model year that I didn't care for and a "dealer trade" was out of the question. A couple of the accessories I wanted were on back order, a known issue when the order was placed, and weren't expected upon delivery. Again the dealership managed to work some magic and got them installed for delivery. This was a very pleasant surprise. Finally I got a great deal on the car, both in price and financing. Factoring both of these in, it's probably the best deal I've ever gotten on a new car. The one little hiccup was communication with my salesman, Jason. At times he was difficult to get a hold of and I ended up speaking with the sales manager, Eric, instead. Having said that, he made up for it in getting those accessories installed for delivery and remembering a few of the other requests I had concerning the car. Overall he did a good job, and I'm a hard customer to please. This is a high volume dealer and I can see why. Despite some communication issues, they really seem to be customer oriented and that's nice to see. I'd recommend them to friends or family anytime. More
