One word describes this Dealership......EXCEPTIONAL !!!! I just purchased a 2012 VW Jetta GLI which is my third Jetta I have purchased from Mr Carl Nincke since 2007. The first two (2007/2.5 and 2010/2.0T Wolfsburg editions) were wonderful cars, I never had a single issue with either car. Carl, and everyone in the dealership is wonderful to work with, they have all made me feel more like a friend than a customer, when you walk in the dealership you are greeted with a warm smile and a sincere hello from Carl, or Gary Santos (general sales manager) or Steve H. in finance, or Jim and Roberto at the service desks, you always feel welcomed and right at home. Everyone is extremely professional, and the sales environment is comfortable, personable and 100 percent stress free. I have purchased many new cars over the years from several dealerships throughout the country, but I have never been treated better, nor have a seen a finer dealership than Day Apollo Volkswagen anywhere! This is the second Legacy I have purchased from Day Appolo. Their care in listening to the customer is excellent, and their care in supplying the customer's needs is also excellent. Went in for a bug deflector. was told part was $79.99 and take 30 mins to install. it took almost 2 hours and I was charged $89.54 for the part. oh and the tech left his garbage in my engine compartment. bu take 30 mins to install. it took almost 2 hours and I was charged $89.54 for the part. oh and the tech left his garbage in my engine compartment. but its good to know they use 3M products as that's what the papers were.
