Last week, I had the need to have a tire replaced under my tire and wheel warranty through DuPage Chrysler Jeep after the tire picked up some type of object that essentially flattened the tire. I was able my tire and wheel warranty through DuPage Chrysler Jeep after the tire picked up some type of object that essentially flattened the tire. I was able to make a same day service appointment through Julie in the Service Department after she confirmed my warranty coverage, and upon arrival, Jennifer facilitated the tire replacement. I want to commend the dealership and Julie and Jennifer for their collective friendly, responsive, and professional customer service.
