Liars - Bait and Switch - Waste of time Found a deal for $5,000 off of MSRP on Cars.com for Dupage Jeep. Sent a message requesting to the dealership via cars.com and received an immediate r Found a deal for $5,000 off of MSRP on Cars.com for Dupage Jeep. Sent a message requesting to the dealership via cars.com and received an immediate response via phone and email. However, I specifically requested that they only contact me via email! I communicated with a guy named Christian. I asked in both email and over the phone if the Jeep Cherokee listed on the website indeed had leather and a sunroof, and to please confirm. Christian confirmed both verbally and via email communication that the vehicle we were interested in, indeed had leather and the sunroof like the photos showed. I specifically stated that I did not want to waste my time if it was the wrong vehicle since it was not a stock photo, and Christian reaffirmed me that everything was correct! However, when we got there, Christian met us and immediately handed us off to some other guy whom was a former internet manager and now head of the parts department? He finally brought the Cherokee around and we discovered it was the wrong vehicle! NO SUNROOF! NO LEATHER! This salesperson didn't not even attempt to right the wrong by offering us the vehicle shown in the pictures for the price shown! Instead, the guy tried to sell us the same wrong vehicle he pulled around, but offered to add the sunroof for an additional price?! I politely told him that I was forced to leave a negative review of the dealership and his response was "i understand, but its not my dealership"!! This only goes to show that this dealership does NOT care about you or wasting your time/money!! The store manager did not even come to apologize either! I confirmed not once but twice with Christian, and we wasted our time to come to this Dupage Jeep dealership!!! Then one hour after we left, I received an email from a lady named Jenna, asking if we were going to confirm our appointment at 4 pm?! Do not waste your time, money, or temper going to this xxxxty dealership!!! More

I'll never go there again! I had a horrible experience there. I was taken advantage of. They sold me a car that I paid almost $9,000 more then I should have. I wanted to add leather, DVD player, and navigation (which it was already equipped with nav just needed to hook up a few things). The leather was nice but the DVD player was horrible and they gave me a new radio which I still have problems with. When I bought the car I had xm radio and when they installed the new radio I no longer had xm. I went back the day after I bought the car and told them I wasn't happy with the purchase but they brushed me off. I must've gone there 4 times and told them I wasn't happy. Then I sat down with one of the managers and talked to him, he stated he could unwind the deal after the paper work processed in 30-45 days. I went back 45 days later and he told me he never said he could unwind the deal but he might be able to help me trade it in for the car I wanted but I'd have to wait until the paper work processed. I went back in to trade the vehicle but they weren't going to give me nearly as much as I owed on the car. It would've put me at $13,000 negative equity (with no previous negative equity on my part plus I put down $9,000) and mind you I only had the car for a little over a month. I've had my car in service several times since I bought it because of the radio and hopefully this last time they fixed it. I emailed the GM with my complaints and concerns and I haven't heard from him. They are unprofessional and they don't keep their word. I would never recommend Dupage Dodge to anyone! More
