Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer! We purchased a vehicle from DuPage Jeep. We would of returned it but my son loved the vehicle. They only wanted to talk about payments, not the actual price of the vehicle. BE VERY CAREFUL with that! We went to go over everything with the finance guy (Do not trust Donnie!) They throw in all types of add on charges. We put $5000 down and only $1000 actually came off the price. I was planning on getting my financing from my bank. Donnie told me that he would rip up the paperwork if I brought in a check. The next morning I texted Donnie that my husband would bring in the check on Monday (We got the car Friday night) since my banker was off on Saturday. He texted me back that it was already submitted. This was Saturday morning so he flat out lied to us. I got a call from Luis the salesman that sold us the vehicle. He was very nice and a really good salesman but they couldn’t really change anything regarding what happened or with the rip off of the extra costs. I e-mailed back and forth with one of the customer service guys and he basically said that I can go there are they would go over the numbers. It was like he thought I was stupid. I know numbers and it wouldn’t change that they added all this extra junk. Also certifying a vehicle is the new name for an extended warranty even though they will tell you otherwise. We almost bought a truck that night as well and I am so glad we didn’t. Take your money elsewhere! More

Very rushed, used car had issues Felt very rushed during the whole process. Test drove the used car, it was making a noise. Alternator changed (on my dime) and went to pick up car a Felt very rushed during the whole process. Test drove the used car, it was making a noise. Alternator changed (on my dime) and went to pick up car after buying....still made noise. Salesperson said "that's the way the car sounds". (the car had a whining sound all the time). Because I did not trust this dealership/lack of knowledge & because they did not want to help to fix a problem I took the car to my own service center. At my service center without even lifting up the hood, the technician identified the constant whining sound as the power steering pump.....several hundred dollars later along with a few other things Dupage CDJR neglected and the car is as quiet as can be. The dealership also left the windshield fluid dry as a bone. Overall this dealership solely cares about making a buck. More
