They add costs even though they say everything is included in the price and change the sales price. I've been waiting for 14 days now to get an answer but nobody seems to care so definitely poor after sales customer service. There are thousands of other dealerships, choose another one which makes an honest, fair trade. More

After doing hours of research and inventory checks I settled on this dealership and I couldn't have made a better choice. My buying experience was A+ the customer service was amazing. Lanny Lancaster was a great salesman and Donnie Kostecki was a knowledgeable finance manager. Both men answered all my questions and were in no way pushy or sneaky with any information they gave me. I appreciate that so much. With so many horror stories of dealerships not being straight forward and honest I am happy that doesn't happen here! I would totally recommend this dealership. More

She didn't know everything about the car but she was not pushy and friendly. Their online pricing is false and they try to screw the customer over. I negotiated the price on my trade in and the car I was buying. They gave me a number that I knew could not be true (given their online calculator and two other lease calculators were way lower) and I said I was going to pass. When I called back to confirm everything I heard (because I thought there was a mistake) they told me there wasn't any mistakes and that they could somehow make the finance number better by $75 a month. This makes no sense given none of the factors changed. They are liars who treat customers with no respect and treat them as though they are stupid. More
