Unhappy customer We bought a 09 Dodge Journey filled it with fuel on way home and checked fluids and it was 2 quarts low, 3 weeks later they called and said it was due We bought a 09 Dodge Journey filled it with fuel on way home and checked fluids and it was 2 quarts low, 3 weeks later they called and said it was due for a oil change drove to girlfriends and check engine light came on checkeck oil next morning and it was 2 quarts low. Stopped at Autozone about engine light and code was for small vaccuum leak,,and bank 2 catalyst below efficiency,. Apparently there service department can't check oil after it is change so in my opinion they can't do a simple oil change right likely have to trade again because this xxx they sold me won't pass emission test More

Dishonest Crooked Dealership! I called on a vehicle the dealership posted on the internet. I talked with they salesman told him that I would take the vehicle for the asking price a I called on a vehicle the dealership posted on the internet. I talked with they salesman told him that I would take the vehicle for the asking price as long as it was in the condition he described. I also told him I was 2 1/2 hours away and was in route, he agreed to hold the vehicle until I arrived. About 1 3/4 hours into my trip I received a call from him stating another person was interested and stated that if he qualified he was going to have to sell the vehicle. I was furious that we were even having this conversation. After an argument I then told him I would be calling the owner of the dealership, he soon changed his mind and told me to keep in route and would hold it as we had previously agreed on. After seeing the vehicle in route person it WASN’T what he showed in his photos. After driving that far I figured I would purchase it, until the salesman come come back with almost $600 dollars in hidden costs that he never mentioned once ! He explained that all dealers have hidden costs. After telling him I had bought 10 vehicles from dealerships and never dealt with such a dishonest group ! Needless to say I didn’t buy the vehicle and wouldn’t after seeing there scandalous ways ! More

Right of the bat I explained my challenged situation (owed 2007 Pacifica with over 186K miles and a fico of lower than 570) He said to me don’t worry I will see what I can do to make sure you walk out of here driving a new car. I would say 15 mins later he said I have 3 options for you. I was like he’s probably just doing some sales tactics but to my surprise he told me I could choose and that they fit my situation. We got down to the numbers and I drove out with a 26mile (technically 0miles) 2018 Jeep Renegade 4x4. The deal i got was intense 4 year warranty, Synthetic Oil Changes and last but not least GAP insurance. I was impressed and really thankful to Jack Alley and Jeff Kosek. More
