BROUGHT MY VAN IN FOR SERVICE AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW VAN. THE STAFF HERE ARE ALL WONDERFUL AND TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. I LOVED THE VAN I HAD BUT IT WAS MISSING A FEW OPTIONS TH AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW VAN. THE STAFF HERE ARE ALL WONDERFUL AND TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. Amazing service I bought a brand new truck from them and with less than 30 miles on it there was an issue unfortunately the issue was on a Sunday when they are close I bought a brand new truck from them and with less than 30 miles on it there was an issue unfortunately the issue was on a Sunday when they are closed the manager had given me his cell number in case they ever had any issues I text him telling him sorry to bother him on a Sunday but also giving him the heads up that I was having an issue with the car I was broken down on the side of the road he took it upon himself on his day off to get me roadside assistance within an hour have the truck towed back to his dealer where he met me to open the garage door so my truck Could be put inside till Monday morning You just don’t find this kind of service anymore More

Do NOT buy a car from this dealer. Worst experience buying a car. These guys, especially the manager, are the worst at costumer service. They are liars and try to rip you off. We spent 3 hours just making sure they would not overcharge us and at the end they still deceptively did. They were dishonest in this process and it was not appreciated. They put a fake price on the internet just to get you in the door with no intention of honoring that price! Showed up and waited 15 minutes in the lobby with no help from anyone just to find out the sales person I had an appointment with was gone. The car wasn’t cleaned or ready for me to look at. The salesman had to search around the lot to find the car I drove 2 hours to see. After talking numbers and seeing what they offered on my trade in and the price of the car, the dealer asked if we had a deal. I took some time to think about it as this was my first stop in my new car search. I called back the next day only to be treated very rudely and told there’s no way I could buy the vehicle for that price, it was $3,000 more to buy the vehicle today. I was told it was the end of the month and I should have bought the vehicle yesterday and I messed up. Stay away, extremely rude dealer! More
