She explained things well so we were able to pick the vehicle and options perfectly suited for our family. It had to be ordered and when the vehicle was ready, she called to set up an appointment to go over all of the functions of the van with us. We could not have been more pleased with the service she provided. As it says in the title of this - Professional and Personable- often times a person is one or the other but Rose is both. We will absolutely go to Dupage Dodge And Rose for our next vehcle. For financing we worked with Julie. Another knowledgeable and friendly employee. Let’s be honest - filling out all the paperwork is not something anyone looks forward to. But Julie helped make it more enjoyable as she has years of experience and was a joy to talk to and work with. I would highly recommend Dupage Dodge - ask for Rose in sales and Julie in financing.
