World Class Experience I have consistently had great experiences at DuPage Jeep. I recently visited their service dept for a scheduled oil change. While I was waiting I ran into the sales consultant from my last purchase. His name is Jack Alley. He remembered that a few months back I had inquired about leasing another vehicle. He went above and beyond to not only find the vehicle I was looking for but also secure the best possible leasing scenario that worked within my budget, While I was with the finance dept finalizing the paperwork, Jack had my new vehicle cleaned/prepped and then proceeded to transfer everything from my old vehicle into the new one. Including the Weather Tech floor mats which he had cleaned prior to transferring! His attention to detail is World Class and something you don't often find in today's market. never believe the price on the internet I was quoted a internet price by David H, along with an email with the advertised internet price. Twenty four hours later the price jumped $4000.00 . After the initial back and forth we agreed upon the deal I was comfortable with and purchased the truck. They were fair to work with and listened to our requests. Dishonest is being nice We originally went in to look at a Durango we saw online, then found out the price was with every rebate included. Not a big deal, we tried to come up with a deal, and didn't agree upon the price, so we left. A few days later we received a text message from our sales person, Erik. He was asking how we could make the deal possible. We told him our bottom line, he said he would have to check with his sales manager. He later responded that the manager had agreed, he stated he would have all of our paperwork ready so we would not have to wait. After waiting almost 2 hours, Erik had asked us to write the check for the car without seeing any of the financial information in order to "expedite" the process. I declined. After another hour, we finally saw financing and the price was not what we agreed upon. Erik came into the office and acknowledged that was not the price we agreed upon. He then went to the sales manager and showed him the text messages were we all came to an agreement, and the sales manager declined to honor the agreement that he had originally agreed to. More
