I scheduled a test drive for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The dealer confirmed the vehicle was in inventory. They scheduled the test drive for the next day, they sent multiple reminders for my appointment The dealer confirmed the vehicle was in inventory. They scheduled the test drive for the next day, they sent multiple reminders for my appointment on a Wednesday. I even emailed w/ the dealership asking if the vehicle was onsite and they confirmed. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle wasn't available because one of the sales managers was using it and he wouldn't be back until the weekend. Basically, the vehicle was never onsite, the dealer never even checked if the vehicle was on the lot. I drove thru rush hour traffic for a complete waste of time. I ended up buying a more expensive Jeep Wagoneer from a different dealership. More
