I started my sea I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy my car from DuTeau Chevrolet! I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox from Eric Shepherd. I started my search at another dealership to get a feel for what I was looking for and wasn't really sure what to expect from DuTeau, but the difference was night and day! I didn't ever feel pressured to buy nor did I feel that Eric was over selling the car to get me to to like it so I would buy it unlike the first dealership I went to where there was high pressure to sign papers and put down money to hold a car I was interested in (even after being very upfront that I had just worked an 18-hour shift and would be going back in 7 hours to do another 11 and I was just looking for the day). Eric is very friendly and answered all of the questions I had and listened to all of my concerns. If he didn't have the answers I was looking for he found somebody who did. He made a stressful situation a breeze! That's why the other dealership was still blowing up my phone with calls and texts to get me to come back while I was signing papers to buy my new vehicle with Eric! My battery in my Equinox wasn't dated and looked very clean when I bought it, but ended up being old and found my car not starting one morning a few weeks after purchase. I called Eric and he drove clear across town to bring me a new battery and got me up and running again. I've already recommended Eric and DuTeau Chevrolet to my friends! More
