Great Customer Service! We showed up late in the day to test drive, Andrew was so helpful, taking us to each and every vehicle on our list (and even ones not on our list). We went to another dealership to test drive others but decided we liked what we saw at Duteau! We walked in 10 minutes to closing told Andrew which one we wanted and he got all everything ready filled out so we could leave and come back the next day, we spent maybe 15 minutes signing papers and were ready to walk out with our new vehicle! (I don’t remember who helped us sign papers but he was personable and kind) They even had a cute play area for our kids that kept them entertained! About a week later something happened to the battery (something possibly left on :( or just a bad battery) and Andrew showed up within minutes jumped it and brought us back to the dealership, got it all taken care of for me so we could continue on with our day! Absolutely awesome customer service and got us going quickly! Thank you!! More

The price of the vehicle was a little high and the GM finance office required alot for a down payment. That might be buyer specific because of my age and even though I had okay credit I did not have long term credit. Over all I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle, he seems genuinely interested in helping you get a new vehicle. More
