Bought a used 2020 Subaru Ascent from a Toyota dealer and when we had problems the Toyota dealer was zero help. But we were very fortunate to take it to DuTeau Subaru of Lincoln. Amazing service by our servi when we had problems the Toyota dealer was zero help. But we were very fortunate to take it to DuTeau Subaru of Lincoln. Amazing service by our service rep, Katy! She was very courteous, explained everything in detail, let us drive a loaner vehicle, and kept us informed almost daily on what was happening with our repairs. We didn't meet the service manager and the technicians, but they both helped us tremendously. We were really disappointed we purchased the Subaru Ascent before the outstanding service by the DeTeau crew. They fixed everything and were so nice to us. We would recommend them to anyone.
