45,000 mile major service I came to Dublin Cadillac for the first major service on my 2014 ATS. I wanted to wait in the lounge during the repairs done. I was offered coffee fro I came to Dublin Cadillac for the first major service on my 2014 ATS. I wanted to wait in the lounge during the repairs done. I was offered coffee from a high coffee machine at no cost. There was a Television on and the seating was comfortable. They did the service in a reasonable time and there was WiFi available. They even washed my car when done. I am very pleased with their service. Thank you so much. More

Another great service treatment Anthony was great again and even vacuumed my truck as requested. I was told they would on the last visit but it was not done. Regular Maintenance and a Couple of Issues Service Advisor Chris was great. Had an issue with side mirror that last visit was told was addressed with programming and now I need an $800 mirror. The dollars are one thing it is the multiple visits that are the real hassle as the mirror had to be ordered. I will live with it. Reserved a rental with my on line reservation which was not available and that created some extra work on my part. Chris was great in getting it set up. More

5 year complete Service plus smog test.timing belt replaced. I have had great services where the service people take the time to do a good job every time. I was a Police and Fire mechanic I trust the mechanic at I have had great services where the service people take the time to do a good job every time. I was a Police and Fire mechanic I trust the mechanic at Dublin GMC Buick, Chevrolet & Cadillac the people are friendly and they have a shuttle to pick you up and take you home, or to work. Louis Lanza the Service Advisor was friendly and kelp me up to date on the Service. I won’t take my Chevrolet any where else, but Dublin GMC. More
