I had a very pleasant trip to the dealership. I had spilled sweet tea all over the second row carpet and needed to get my car detailed, wanted to get the stains and stickiness out. When I got there the next morning, I was greeted by a service manager who was very professional and very courteous. They told me the car would be done in about 4 hours. I asked them if I could get a ride home (not sure what the situation was since we are in the midst of the pandemic). They asked me to wait in the waiting room and someone would come along and take me home. Both the ladies that took and brought me back were super friendly and I felt very safe with them. When I got to the dealership my car was ready and to my surprise there was no charge for the service. It was a fantastic surprise and am very happy with the service. Thank you! More
