Service was good. The service was good but not to the same quality of my six previous service visits to your location for my 2014 GMC Terrain. The short coming was in The service was good but not to the same quality of my six previous service visits to your location for my 2014 GMC Terrain. The short coming was in two areas. First, the service request included the MULTI POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION - 27 POINT CHECK as written on the coupon I used for the service. For the first time in seven services, the invoice makes no reference to that service so I have no way of knowing if that was done. Also, on past invoices where the reference to that 27 POINT CHECK is made, there are measurements recorded for tire tread and brake thickness. The invoice for this current work contains no reference to tire tread or brake thickness. That's what caught my attention when I was reviewing the invoice at home. The second area that was less than from the prior six services is that the exterior car wash, while I requested it, was not performed while in the hands of the service department. When I went to pick up the car, I could see that the wash had not been done. I called it to the attention of the service adviser Travis and he sent it back for the wash. When I picked it up, I could see that it needed some additional cleaning and wipe down. By this time, I decided to finish it at home myself. My prior six service visits did not contain these issues and that is why I could not check it off as FIVE STAR. More
Engine light on I usually get great service not this time. I had an appointment Saturday 9:30, Car was towed there dropped off at 8:30. I called at 11:30 to check status they did not have my car in the system told me to call back at 1pm. I called at 1pm still no sign of my car they started questioning me if the car was actually towed there. i told them i was 100% sure it was towed there. I told them I had an envelope with all information on it and keys. I was in the area and came by still no sign of my car. they finally looked in the night drop and found my envelope and keys. still don't know where my car is. I left they told me they would get on it. I called at 4:30 they haven't even looked at it was told other cars that were they at 7am were not looked at how can they look at mine. What good is an appointment then? I finally got my car Wednesday. I bought the car there with a extended warranty I would expect a little better service. More

Observation from outside My service experience with Dublin gmc was wonderful specially with Ernie . This guy makes everything easier and painless. He made so easy and my experience was perfect with service department . The only bad part from that was dealing with cashier from getting rental and paying for the repairs. Jewels make feel that I was causing some type of stress to her because she stated loudly enough to advisor Really again . Sounds to that she hates to dealing with customers and as a customer makes feel that I m cause of it. Because she’s was doing my rental agreement and collecting my payment for vehicle repairs. More
Started strong, ended in frustration I was greeted enthusiastically and checked in expeditiously. I came in for an oil change but was informed I was due for a 45,000 mile service at the a I was greeted enthusiastically and checked in expeditiously. I came in for an oil change but was informed I was due for a 45,000 mile service at the astounding cost of $1,700. I agreed to the service and was told that I would be called with an update and if I would need to rent a car. At 4:15pm I hadn’t heard from anyone and called to get an update. I was on hold for 15 min and the rerouted to the main service office. They had no update information and said they would leave a message for my service rep to call me back. I waited another half hour and called back again as both the service center and the car rental place closed at 6pm. I was again on hold for 15 minutes and hung up and called the main number again. I complained about my frustration in reaching my service rep and whether or not I needed to rent a car. I was finally transferred to my rep who told me my car was now ready. The time was 5:40pm. While all the work was completed, the lack of communication and the difficulty in speaking with someone was very frustrating. More
