And my service advisor Ernie he was excellent from beginning to end . But my bad experience was at time of rental papers work and at time of payment. This cashier name Jewels’s had bad attitude towards doing her job and towards advisor, she stated REALLY , but she had headphones in her head so threw them in the corner. So entire rental process she had bad attitude and end she made fewer suggestions that I would not consider appropriate as business owner . That can cause business impact with this type of treatment. Great Customer Service I brought my 2017 Chevy Volt in for warranty work. The parts were ordered and service date set by Louis. The warranty work was performed quickly and I was notified immediately. Louis let me know that there was an unfortunate accident where the mechanic damaged my windshield during warranty repairs. Louis quickly arranged for a rental car and handled the repair. Louis also found a nail in my tire and repaired in complementary. He also arranged for wiper blades for the new windshield.
