Vehicle worst than when I brought it in I brought it in because I had CEL on and was getting code "P0301". I brought it in to the service center and paid $185 for a diagnostic. Now, when I b I brought it in because I had CEL on and was getting code "P0301". I brought it in to the service center and paid $185 for a diagnostic. Now, when I brought it there, the engine was showing Low Compression, but it still drove ok, but had a slightly rough idle. But, when I left, the car started to sputter, the CEL started flashing and the "Service Stabilitrak" light came on. I was barely able to accelerate on the freeway, and it felt like it was going to cut off. I let 2 other mechanics touch it to diagnose, and my car still drove ok after they ran tests. I feel like my car was sabotaged in order to make me leave it at the dealer so they could charge me $6300 to just fix the Piston, or almost $7000 to drop a re-manufactured engine. The car is only valued at $14,000. That is almost half of the value of the car, which the charges were mostly labor. I really never trusted the Dealer when it comes to servicing a vehicle, unless under warranty. And this visit re-affirmed my fears!!! More

Great Service and Communication I dropped in with an issue with my 2019 Escalade ESV's rear parking sensor and park assist. Good experience My experience was great. The agent was clear. Service was fast. My one criticism would be that my agent offered to wash the car which was great; howev My experience was great.
