Dave was very friendly and efficient and gave me a choice of maintenance programs and explained each one well. Did not push me to choose the most expensive one, but told me what I would get with each one. Later on, he explained what they had found and assured me of the warranty for that area which I was relieved to find. I'm glad I decided to come back to Dublin Chev, instead of going somewhere closer. You guys are great. More

Regular schedule service Worked with service advisor Tommy. Was extremely helpful and got my vehicle done on time. Went to pay for my 30K truck servic Lack quality assurance or even control....Cashier and runner lack discipline and proper management oversight. Went to pay for my 30K truck service and the Cashier spent three minutes gawking at my water bottle while I was trying to pay, get my truck, and leave for an appointment. Finally, paid and the runner asked me if I saw my truck outside - the answer was "no." Outside, I saw my truck in the compound and he hands me the keys and says "bye." I get to my truck to find the seat plastic laying awkwardly on the seat as if it wasn't effective or used properly and feet paper and maintenance # paper still in the car. I grab it all and walk over to the trash can to throw it away. Back at my truck I start it up to find the stereo on and my display showing tire pressure for all four tires at different levels with none at the right pressure. My Inside Maintenance Representative quickly rectified the problem but in the process he chastises the maintenance Technician in front of me and this guy could actually care less. I don't want o come back here and am willing to Travel out of town to the next Chevy service Center. More
