Delays in the shuttle pick up and release of car The service rep called me and told me the car was ready. So I called the transpo drive to pick us up and he said he is 5 mins out. It took him 45 mins The service rep called me and told me the car was ready. So I called the transpo drive to pick us up and he said he is 5 mins out. It took him 45 mins to get to the pick up point apparently because he called the other driver to pick us but went out to lunch. Now at the releasing section, we waited for 25 mins after payment to get the car to out. This is the first time we experienced this at this place. Service before was prompt and always deliver more than what is expected. I hope the service would improve. More

He said bring it in and they will fix it. Problem is I live in Tracy. So I was not pleased to have to drive back. Next day I called in again and talked to Hue. He worked it out for me that he would drive it to me on his way home. He really went out of his way to please me. That really means a lot to me. We are getting ready for a trip and I didn’t have the time to do this. What great customer service. He is a great employee and should be recognized for his great customer service. Thank you. More

Infiniti G37 service Made an appointment with Mike. When I got in for the appointment Mike was not there, different service person, no explanation, Mike never called. I had Infiniti service coupons which I asked about and it took a while to get an explanation. When I was called that the car was ready I mentioned the coupons again and it took some more time to work through that and get it worked into the bill. When my wife went to pick up the car she was given a hard time about the coupons. When she tried to ask some questions about the $2,300 service the guy said everything was checked out, then turned and walked away without giving my wife the opportunity to conclude the discussion. She thought he was rude and disrespectful. I called him back yesterday afternoon, left a message, but as of today no response. Never heard back form Mike either. More
