The customer service is ideal. Every time I come here the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Normally when you go to any type of car lot and it's majoritively men, you have Every time I come here the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Normally when you go to any type of car lot and it's majoritively men, you have to deal with a bunch of men that are trying to push sales on you, try to upsell products that you don't really need and worst of all they're usually swarmy and oogling the women that are around (customer and staff). This place was not like that at all. Everybody's there is friendly and inviting. Also, the crew in the shop are experts at what they do and are determined to find solutions to even the most challenging of situations. More

It takes too long. Overall it was a good experience. Hue was wonderful, very accommodating. My only complaint, and not the first time, is it takes way too long, and usually much longer than they say. I’m outside of shuttle range so am held captive. I could take the shuttle to do errands or walk to hacienda but don’t always feel like it. Perhaps fewer appointments and a more realistic assessment of the time it will take should be in order. More
