Service on Infinity QX60 Within seconds of arriving at the Service Center, Robert (Bobby) Victorino was opening my door and welcoming me to the Service Dept. The next 60 secon Within seconds of arriving at the Service Center, Robert (Bobby) Victorino was opening my door and welcoming me to the Service Dept. The next 60 seconds was the mechanic driving my car in to the garage for service! Talk about being ready and quick. It took Bobby less than five minutes to look up my information, review what would be done, and have me sign off on the estimate. I was there for an intermediate service of 45,000 miles. What I really liked is he said based on my past service appointments that he did not think I would need all the regular work done. He wanted to see how my car fared on inspections (red- bad, yellow- middle of the read, green- good "as is"). Everything was green which was great. In and out and under 90 minutes. Great customer service, and great service on my car. More
