She called Enterprise rental and had them fax to her a more detailed rental receipt. Because I had arranged to and paid to have my car repaired after regular maintenance found there were damages to my car due to a road hazard, insurance will be relying totally on documents I submit for possible reimbursement. If it were not for the shuttle driver, I would not even have known that this was a covered incident. Brenda was my advisor several times in the past. She is friendly, listens, and goes out of her way to provide great customer service. More

Great Customer relations. Michael was very helpful and attentive. He made sure I had a loaner for the time my car was unavailable to me. I had an oil change. The car wash is free but should at least look like it was washed. It was terrible looked like not even washed. Want to give higher rating but cannot Purchased New Chevy Truck 2018 in march. First year excellent, second year April 2019 the transmission blew out. It was during the initial discussion with my service advisor that the computer showed i only had coverage for 60k miles. However i went home to pull my original sales contract and it states unlimited miles. I took up this issue with raul perez in finance and he did this; he never verified what i signed for in my contract, he simply tried to sell me an add on policy for $5730.00 with 10% down, 288.00 per month for another 18 months on top of my existing truck payment. Not having my paperwork with me i waited on making a decision. I called raul perez back to ask questions about what he quoted me . He attempted to return my call one time..since then he will not answer or return my calls. Completely unprofessional attitude, only wants money for his pocket not thinking of the customer and trying to sell me something i already paid for. This issue needs to be resolved by Dublin Chevrolet as soon as possible by anyone other than mr.perez. i would appreciate to be contacted. More
