Excellence in customer service I've been having my car serviced at this location for approximately 7 years and during that time I've seen Service advisors come and go. I've dealt with some good, fair and a couple just horrible. However during this time Ernie Avalos has remained a constant. He is always patient,polite, accommodating in every way. He ALWAYS represent the dealership in an excellent manner. Hopefully his supervisor know what an asset Ernie is to the business. I found the other advisor that day to be nice . Great staff there, More
