Louis called around noon to provide an update on the servicing and to let me know our brakes were at 10%. We elected to have them install new brake pads. The car was done by close of business. Luis explained all the servicing that was done and ensured we had all our questions answered. This is a well run service department. Great people! More

Michael Troche has been managing the service on my car ever sinc I have been bringing my 2010 Infiniti to Dublin/Pleasanton since I purchased my car. Michael Troche has been managing the service on my car ever since, and he is amazing. Michael makes sure my car is properly taken car of, that it is clean, that it is ready on time, and that I NEVER have to worry about my car and its needs. I have almost 180,000 miles on my car and it runs the same as it did when it was brand new. Thank you so much to Michael Troche. More

Positive experience at Dublin Chevrolet as usual Christina Long was my service advisor. She walked back to the area that does Auto Butler cleaning/service to make sure they were work as this appoint Christina Long was my service advisor. She walked back to the area that does Auto Butler cleaning/service to make sure they were work as this appointment was in the middle of "shelter in place" orders. I sat in the waiting area and she came back with paperwork to sign as the service was going to be performed as scheduled. After only about 3+ hours the job was done and Christine walked with me back to the vehicle. My only negative comment is that I received numerous E-mails and texts about my upcoming appointment in the week before the appointment date. It was unnecessary to receive that overflow of appointment reminders. This comment does NOT change my rating on the service and on the effort of Christina Long. More

It was the worse experience. Drop off my truck for on a Saturday they had to work on a broken censor. They told me it would be ready on Thursday i call the they didn’t know what was going on end up driving Saturday they had to work on a broken censor.
