Took vehicle in to get some recall work done. One task was done (software update) and the other apparently the part has to be ordered after the vehicle is seen. During check in the service rep asked if w was done (software update) and the other apparently the part has to be ordered after the vehicle is seen. During check in the service rep asked if we wanted a complimentary wash. We said yes. We picked up the vehicle 3.5 hrs later only to get the car in the exact condition we left it. Minor detail but in the end service dept fell short again for me. That’s 2x now. Hopefully, some changes will come on the 3rd visit. If not well I’ll drive the extra 30 min to the next closest Infiniti dealer. More

I had a very pleasant trip to the dealership. I had spilled sweet tea all over the second row carpet and needed to get my car detailed, wanted to get the stains and stickiness out. When I got there th spilled sweet tea all over the second row carpet and needed to get my car detailed, wanted to get the stains and stickiness out. When I got there the next morning, I was greeted by a service manager who was very professional and very courteous. They told me the car would be done in about 4 hours. I asked them if I could get a ride home (not sure what the situation was since we are in the midst of the pandemic). They asked me to wait in the waiting room and someone would come along and take me home. Both the ladies that took and brought me back were super friendly and I felt very safe with them. When I got to the dealership my car was ready and to my surprise there was no charge for the service. It was a fantastic surprise and am very happy with the service. Thank you! More

Service was performed in a timely and efficient manner. 27 Point Inspection did not uncover any problems. Louis Lanza reviewed the vehicle service history to determine if there were any additional service needed. I am pleased with the attention to detail and the performance of the service in a professional manner. I have enjoyed the professionalism and customer service high standards for all the years that I have had my Saturn vehicles serviced here. Continue the great service performance! More
