Oil Change, Cabin Air Service, Noise Detect. I brought my 2015 Traverse in for some service. Most items I requested were completed however, some of "putting the stuff back where it belongs" is a I brought my 2015 Traverse in for some service. I conversed with my Service Advisor - Rick Enos - about this and he assured me when I returned for the installation of an ordered part, the missing fasteners and adjustment of the hood rubber bumpers (one of which needed to be replaced the part that is on order) will all be taken care of. I do have to give the benefit of the doubt as they did say they were down a shuttle driver, but for possible future services I will have to plan my visit differently to avoid having to sit in the showroom for a long time. It all begins at the top with Ernesto, he is always a consummate professional and makes it a point to greet us and let us know when a service person will be able to see us. Our service person on this visit was Hu. Hu was honestly a gem. He quickly got us checked in and gave us a great estimation as to how long the appointment would take. He then promptly called the shuttle and got us off to the mall. When the work was done Hu called us and handled our paperwork. More

I am very satisfied and pleased with the work done I had auto butler on my 2015 Cadillac ATS performed and it was a really good job. The steering wheel (which looked horrible) now looks new.
