Awful experience more then once I’m so disappointed- almost 3 years ago we leased my GMC after my car was stolen- most of the first 2 years we had good service in Dublin- but this la I’m so disappointed- almost 3 years ago we leased my GMC after my car was stolen- most of the first 2 years we had good service in Dublin- but this last year we have not- we will not be coming back - it’s a shame that our miles and warranties always seem to run out just in time for a huge repair. I had my truck in multiple times for problems w the battery and this time they tried to help but I had to push for a call back no appt times on a sat and a difficult time with service people helping us out- a bad battery is not our fault and I was not happy with our interaction More

good service I arrived on time and Michael Torche the manager handled my appt immediately and assigned it to a new person. Both worked in reviewing my service and I arrived on time and Michael Torche the manager handled my appt immediately and assigned it to a new person. Both worked in reviewing my service and was done in 5’. Michael was very friendly as always and offer me to enjoy the new coffee machine while I waited. The service was done in less than 2 hrs and since there is space to work, WiFi etc I took advantage of the venue and actually did some work. Bottom line, 2 hrs just flew by. The new advisor explained to me the findings and walked me to my car. Very Nice guy!!! More
