Terrible experience. I had a 11 1m appmt. The place was packed. I was relegated to the back of the schedule. I guess because many of people had newer cars brought in for s I had a 11 1m appmt. I have been a customer of Infiniti since 1994 and same for Hiedrick. (Lexus) I bought two Infiniti"s but I will not purchase any autos anymore. If it was not for Micheal Troche I would still be waiting for the minor service I had scheduled. As it was I did not get my car serviced until 2 pm. Even though I Kept asking for status of service. Totally unacceptable!This was the first time I experienced such a delay. It won't happen again as I will take my cars elsewhere for service. I don't know the cause of this chaotic situation but nowhere did I see any management supervision attempting to resolve an apparent business problem. Again my Thanks to Michael Troche . for ultimately resolving my problem. . More

My second lease horrible service from these guys I have leased a couple of cadillacs, and these guys do not provide premium care service at all. They barely rotate the tires, this time they didnt at I have leased a couple of cadillacs, and these guys do not provide premium care service at all. They barely rotate the tires, this time they didnt at all I have a nail in my tire right now, and I was told to just replace the tire, no quality service for a lesser, they dont care, especially if you are a female, and especially if you are black.
