When I arrived, Michael reviewed our discussion, his recommendation and the cost of the service. I picked up my car that afternoon. The engine is running well. Although the car wash was not functioning, my car had been washed when I came to pick it up. The cost was exactly as quoted. My husband mentioned my back-up camera was hard to see. Michael walked out to my car and showed me how to adjust the camera! The corporate office should hire Michael as a consultant for customer service. More

The cashier process (once again relocated) was not as efficient as usual. Just a few loose ends, but otherwise I have no other complaints. More
