Rude service advisor/finance rep We bought our truck from the dealership because it was a pretty good deal and we liked the salesman. The finance guy David was horrible! He confidently promised a better APR then the loan I had from my credit union and he could not beat it and wasted an hour of our time waiting. We waited for another 2 hours to complete transaction. Then when I called to get some info about the lender no one would call me back. I even left messages with the manager and nothing. A year after buying the truck the tire blew on the freeway. We purchased a new tire for $200 and ever since we purchased it we get alerts constantly stating the air is low only with this tire! Just had oil change and service done last weekend and the advisor was very rude. Did not want to explain anything and his tone was inappropriate. Overall I am not happy with this dealership and the only reason we return for service at this location is because we have Auto Butler and have to have it done at the dealership where car was purchased. I will never buy a car from them again. Pittsburg Chevrolet has a friendlier staff. More

Repair was completed but long wait, no shuttle I made an appointment, and dropped off my car for its first service, I was told to wait for a shuttle but after waiting about 30 minutes the adviser i I made an appointment, and dropped off my car for its first service, I was told to wait for a shuttle but after waiting about 30 minutes the adviser informed me that it would still be another 30 minutes until I could get a shuttle. My car was purchased with a defect and was undergoing a warranty repair as well, I inquired about a loaner car however was told that none was available. I brought my car in at approximately 10 a.m. and was told it should be done by 1 to 2 p.m., was not done on time, was not completed until later that afternoon. No available shuttle, no available loaner car, longer than expected repair time makes my day really hard to plan. More
