Multiple Trips/Dirty Loaner Had to take the car in multiple times to remedy issues which is highly frustrating. Dealer provided loaner vehicle that was so disgustingly dirty ins Had to take the car in multiple times to remedy issues which is highly frustrating. Dealer provided loaner vehicle that was so disgustingly dirty inside with half-eaten food, empty juice boxes, empty soda cans, wrappers, etc that it really wasn’t drivable. Called the service center to complain and gain resolution and initial response was “I don’t know your situation so I can’t tell you why or how it happened but I’ll have someone else call you tomorrow”. I had to demand alternative resolution, which was so easy to do that anyone with a sincere interest in top notch customer service would have handled it immediately. More
