Took forever to process paperwork I took my car in for multiple services and it took them forever to finish it. Then when it was done I didn’t even get a call and had to drive back to I took my car in for multiple services and it took them forever to finish it. Gave my car for servicing and they f'xxxxx dinged it. I was told that they will follow up. Its been 3 weeks no response. I even texted my service advisor (David Urbach). Not even a courtesy call for the damage they had done. Don't even think of buying a car or even getting it serviced here. You might think that the dealership is close to the place you live or work at but its not worth it. I bought my brand new 2017 Chevy Camaro SS in 2016 from the same dealership. Had the worst buying experience. The finance guy made you sign $4K worth of optional things. When you buying they just tell you to sign here and there but when I went home I saw so many charges that I dont have to pay. The car wasn't delivered for weeks. I paid $1500 for these delear installed lights. They coudln;t even get it to work. After a year they didn't even offered me a refund so those lights never worked. 3 years later I took my car for servicing and they dinged it! No follow up call, no apologies, not even a courtesy call. Just go to different dealership. More
