Traveling across country and a warning indicator occurs! My wife and I were traveling from Michigan to the Bay Area when a warning indicator occured. Based on a google search, we found Dublin Chevrolet and My wife and I were traveling from Michigan to the Bay Area when a warning indicator occured. Based on a google search, we found Dublin Chevrolet and called to make an appointment. The scheduling was not positive. When I called in and requested an appointment for the next day (9/12/2010) and I was told that on the 12th I would have an 8:00am appointment.. When I received the email and text confirmation I found out the appointment was for 9/14/2019 at 8:00am??? My wife called back to reschedule for the 12th, the appointment was made and a text was promised but never delivered although we did receive an email with the correct day and time. The work preformed and the interface with Louis Lanza was fantastic! Probably my best service experience ever. All proposed work was defined and communicated and upon completion all work was preformed and communicated. I would highly recommend Louis and Dublin to anyone requiring a friendly and honest experience. More
