Tahoe Service Cost to repair rear hatch was over $800 which is too high. On top of spending $1500 for 90k service maintenance. Took too long to service the truck and shuttle service was no longer available. Resulting in Tom having to drive to my home using his personal car to pick me and 3 kids up. It was nice for him to do for sure. So thanks to Tom. but it was a very disorganized experience. We got a 10% discount but we are expecting more. We don’t plan to return the truck for service here again. Repair costs seem way too overinflated. More

Rick was Fantastic! I was trying to schedule my Boss' 2019 Yukon in for service, and thanks to Rick for making it happen. Hard to Schedule a Recall Appointment I called to schedule a recall and a service appointment for the same day. The lady I talked to when I called for service on my Corvette said if I wan I called to schedule a recall and a service appointment for the same day. The lady I talked to when I called for service on my Corvette said if I want them both on the same day I would need to get an appointment first from the recall dept. She transferred me and nobody answered. I left a message. Nobody called me back after waiting a couple days. I called back to the same lady 2 more times after that and was transferred to the same recall line with no answer and no return call. Then I called the service line a couple more times, but hit the option for recall directly and still no answer or call back. I then called the General Manager and he had a Service Manager call me within a reasonable time frame to get my recall and service appointment scheduled for the same day. It went smoothly after that. The Corvette technician Chris is excellent and answered some questions for me. More
Service adviser was great, pick up not. Louis was great to work with. He got everything set up and my estimate quickly in the morning. I sent one text and it was answered promptly. I was informed that my truck was ready and I came to pick it up. I checked in with the cashier, I did not get her name, she informed me that Louis was busy and that when he was done she would get my paperwork. I sat in the lobby, checked back a few times and the paperwork was not ready. I then saw the cashier that I was working with leaving for the day. When she saw me, she went and told the other cashier working what I was waiting for. If she had not seen me I don't think she would have told the other cashier and I would have waited longer. I went and sat in the lobby and waited. I then decided to go check for myself. Louis was at his desk. He had not been informed that I was waiting. He processed my paperwork and I paid. Now, I had to wait for my car. I was told the key was misplaced. When my car did come out, over 15 minutes later, it was wet. When I came in Louis told me that he would get the car washed for me, awesome, but it obviously had not been washed when I was told it was ready to be picked up. All in all I spent 50 minutes trying to pick up my car. I come to this dealership because it is close to my house in Livermore, but I'm sure that there is one in Tracy also, and with the time I spent waiting, it probably would have been faster. More
