The best as I always get. My service advisor listens to my needs and works with me closely so my repairs meet my vehicles needs. A “Cool”-ant experience I brought my car in for service on a Thursday. My advisor was Tommy. I needed to get a standard service and also replace my coolant line. I picked up I brought my car in for service on a Thursday. My advisor was Tommy. I needed to get a standard service and also replace my coolant line. I picked up my car later that day. The very next day I was driving and my car overheated. I needed to have it towed back to the dealership. It turns out there was a hole in a bypass coolant line causing my car to break down. Tommy set me up with a rental through enterprise. My car was fixed and I picked it up on Saturday. It has been working fine since. I have to say that having my car breakdown the next day it was serviced was an unfortunate surprise. But Tommy took great care of me. He was empathetic to my needs and kept me well informed. He is the reason for the 5 star rating. More

AutoButler 6 month follow up service Service Center staff is great. Interior and Exterior body wax/protection job is Excellent. However, two times had the truck in for the Auto Butler Service Center staff is great. Interior and Exterior body wax/protection job is Excellent. However, two times had the truck in for the Auto Butler service and both times the inside of the truck bed was not touched. Not even wiped out, not vacuumed out. I don't expect it to be waxed or anything but not dirtier than how it was brought in. Also putting Armor all on the side rail/steps is not a very good idea. Makes the side runner extremely slippery and dangerous if used to step into the cab. This needs to be stopped before someone gets injured. Vinyl by windshield wipers and windshield was not touched and inside window shield not cleaned. Overall a VG job on the detailing but if the goal is to get better then feedback on these other things are needed to get 5 stars. More
