Not only did they fight with the banks to get me the lowest rate, but they also found a way to get me bonus cash to put towards the down payment. All in all i left the dealership with the car i wanted and was very happy with the experience. More

I only felt pressure when Tommy the finance manager came into the picture; he even added a vehicle service contract to the purchase without consulting me first which brought the monthly payment slightly over my budget; upon review of this service contract I don't see the benefit when I already have new car warranties! But after spending a couple of hours in deliberation of cars, finance discussion; one's mind gets fatigued!! More
