I came in for because my brakes had been squeaking since I purchased our 2008 Sequoia. Since the dealership informed us when we purchased the vehicle that they had put new brakes on the front two wheels. I I purchased our 2008 Sequoia. I then brought the vehicle in because I assumed that I should not be hearing the squeaking since the brakes were new. They looked over the brakes and found that the rear brakes were the cause of the squeaking and replaced them at no cost to me simply for the trouble I had gone through the come down to the dealership and because I had just recently purchased the vehicle. I brought my car in for routine maintenance today as well as an estimate for some body repair work, and Harold Naipo was the service advisor who assisted me. He wasn't just friendly, he was very professional and genuinely helpful with his suggestions and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and that my questions had been answered. I purchased my RAV4 at Dublin Toyota, and every experience I've had there has been exceptionally good. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota, and the Service Department has to be the best anywhere. I have absolutely no complaints, and nothing but praise. From being greeted and directed as I turned in, to Louie's hospitality as I took a experienced the friendliness and speediness that this one carries.
