I usually work with Eli who is excellent but just needed to pop in to get the spare tire topped up and Louis was terrific. Helped me immediately, very friendly and provided 150% service. No charge, no pro to pop in to get the spare tire topped up and Louis was terrific. Helped me immediately, very friendly and provided 150% service. Seem to have a good team in place and are fairly efficient but during my last service there two things that were overlooked: 1) I asked that the tires not be rotated but they were. 2) My Prius t efficient but during my last service there two things that were overlooked: 1) I asked that the tires not be rotated but they were. 2) My Prius takes synthetic oil and the interval between oil changes is 10K miles. They specified 5K Other than that the service was good and I would still recommend this dealer. More
