Louis was very helpful when I called for an emergency service due to warning lights shown on my 2007 Prius. After I dropped off the Prius after hours due to towing service delay, he called me first thin service due to warning lights shown on my 2007 Prius. He then called me to give me an estimate of the service charges as well as time to completed the work. When I came to pick up the Prius, he was very courteous and pleasant to both me and my wife. It took only a few minutes to complete the check out process and we were on our way home with the repaired Prius. There's not enough praise for the way Louis Lanza and Dublin Toyota treat their customers! Recently my car was brought in for a new key and to have the sun visor repaired.
