I called Dublin Toyota Service late Thursday and Ed Osborne picked up the phone. I explained that my 2006 Tundra developed very soft brakes. He did - and that is the best service one could ask for. Five stars for Ed Osborne and 5 stars for Dublin Toyota. More
Louis Lanza and the rest of the service team at Dublin Toyota are awesome. They were attentive, made me feel welcome and fixed my problem within the day. The tech was so thorough that he even called me to Toyota are awesome. They were attentive, made me feel welcome and fixed my problem within the day. Louis Lanza has the best attitude ever, and is so personable. I only have my car serviced at Dublin Toyota because they do amazing work. Louis Lanza was friendly and helpful for my first service on my new car. I made an appointment on line and received a confirmation in my email but Toyota never received it. Louis was cheerful, polite and easy to talk with. He pointed out services that he recommended but very nicely accepted the fact that I wanted only an oil change. No hassles, no push. I'm new to the area I was looking for a dealership that did service on my Tacoma. Louis really helped me out and was very personable. He listened to what my needs were and did a great job getting me what I did service on my Tacoma. Louis really helped me out and was very personable. He listened to what my needs were and did a great job getting me what I needed. The level of customer service given by Louis and the other staff was far better than other dealerships I've been to. The wait was longer than I was used to but it was only because there were quite a few other people there. To be honest, I didn't even mind the wait because I just went over and had a long breakfast at Mimi's Cafe which was right across the parking lot. I'm for sure going back to this dealership. More

Louis was very friendly but more than that he was very honest. He recommended that we take our vehicle back to the place that put on the new tires for them to re-balance them, since we had an issue with v honest. He recommended that we take our vehicle back to the place that put on the new tires for them to re-balance them, since we had an issue with vibration at 70 mph. we left the car for the 75k mile service and the car runs much better. We did just that and now the issue is resolved...thanks Louis! We have been loyal to Toyota dealerships for the three Totyota's that I have owned and will continue to do now that we live in the East Bay. More
